I worked with reporting stakeholders, including the Director of Technical Services, to build the first major prototype and the report skeleton for the customer-facing usage reports at WRDS.
I played a major role in the interface design and then implemented it, and collaborated with other developers through the later development phases.
Numbers that agree with each other
The part that took real work was not the charts. I worked with our Google Analytics specialist to reconcile figures across our different reporting systems, because a usage report that disagrees with another internal number is worse than no report. Institutions make renewal decisions on these.
