A cinematic Zelda short, scored and shot by AI

With the Zelda movie and the Ocarina of Time remake both announced, I built a cinematic concept short to push on AI video production.

The visuals and the score are entirely AI generated. The edit is not. Stitching it into something with an actual narrative took ordinary, traditional editing work, and that is still the part the tools do not do for you.

What is genuinely wild is the pace. Faster-than-real-time generation, new GPUs and AI accelerators, and strong local open-source models like MiniMax H3 have already moved a full generation past the workflow I used here.

I can see a future where a box next to your TV generates entire movies on the fly. Wild times.
